By registering as an exhibitor or reserving your booth you agree to the following terms & conditions and have understood our policies:

  • PLEASE NOTE: All promotional and display material, signs, furniture and video projections MUST be contained within your allocated booth space.
  • All exhibitors must hold a current liability policy to the value of $10M for the course of the conference

Payment & Refund Policy

Initial payment of 10% is required to secure your sponsorship and reserve your booth allocation. A further 50% is required by 31st May 2017, with the balance payable no later than 30th June 2017, otherwise booth will be forfeited.

Please note that if we do not receive your second payment by the due date, your business details will not be printed in any of the conference material.

Balance of payment is to be paid no later then 30th June 2017. If full amount payable is not received by 30th June 2017 your booth will not be erected and the deposit paid will be forfeited.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars only ($AUD).

Full refund of monies paid is available prior to 30 June 2017 by requesting your withdrawal from attending the conference in writing. No refund is available after the 30 June 2017.

Attendance Tickets

You must hold a fully paid and valid ticket to enter the conference venue, the exhibition hall and the conference sessions. Failure to hold a valid and fully paid ticket will mean refusal of entry. All attendance tickets will be scanned on entry.

Individual event tickets must be held for the social activities, including partners events, Saturday night social activities, golf and additional conference dinner tickets.

In the event of loss of a ticket prior to the event please contact us. If the ticket loss is during the event please go to the Rapid Solutions registration desk.

A wrist band will be given to all attendees for the conference dinner. These must be worn to the event. They should be treated like cash as they will not be relaced.

Delivery Policy

An invoice will be sent to you immediately (within an hour) following your purchase through this site. This is your proof of registration for the conference.

Entry tickets will be issued at the registration desk upon arrival.

Dinner wristbands will be available for collection from the registration desk on Friday morning.

Rapid Solutions is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.

Passing information to Conference Sponsors & Exhibitors

We do not pass on your business details without your permission. Under Australian Privacy Laws we must ask if you would like your contact details to be passed to our Sponsors & Exhibitors. You will be asked during the registration process to approve or disapprove of your details being passed to these identities.
